DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!

Shocking service!!!! I bought an ice maker online as a black Friday special on the 23rd of November. I was informed that Wumdrop courier service had collected the item on the 28th at 20:30. On the 29th I received a message informing me that a 4:30 am delivery had failed....... don't really know what to say about the absurdity of this! I contacted Wumdrop who informed me that they would reload the delivery and I would receive my item on the 30th.. WHAT A JOKE! I contacted them on the 30th at 8 am and was told at 8 am that the driver had collected my item from Makro Silver Lakes and that I would receive a Sms from him when he was en route. At 12 I contacted the makro call centre only to be told that Wumdrom courriers only deliver from 12 -8pm. Needless to say absoloutely no sms by 5pm so I called Wumdrop.... no one answered the phone, I then called Makro call centre only to be told that they could do nothing. I called again on the 1St of December and informed them that I was going to collect my item from Makro Silver Lakes... this did not go down well- was told that this would not be possible. All online people at Makro Silverlakes were unavailable at 8 to take a call as they were all in a meeting till 9-I must call back. I SO REGRET THIS WHOLE SITUATION!!!
