DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO
I placed an order on the 27th of August 2024. Recieved a call on the 2nd of August 2024 from a Makro representative to tell me my parcel has been handed over to their courier service. I was asked if I could be home between 12h00 and 18h00 to receive the order and I had to work from home to accommodate them. I tried tracking my order and nothing!!! Nobody to assist! Just nonsense!!! I spent R3500 to be received such s#!+ service! Never ever buy from Makro Online. They are failing us!!! Once they have your money they dont care! No customer service, nothing!

All the reviews I have seen under your company and that for me speaks volumes. Had I read them earlier I wouldnt have ordered anything from you. So lesson learnt!
If you do not change the way you operate and handle your online customers you are really going to regret it because your service is terrible with no direction. It’s either that changes or you stick to selling products and leave the online business to people that know how to run it!
