Do not order any big items from Makro that needs to be delivered.

I’ve had a terrible delivery experience with Makro South Africa. Please can I get someone senior to contact me regarding a pool table that I’ve purchased. The courier service did not place the table in the location that it needed to be in and they did not inspect the pool table before leaving and when I opened the box, I saw there is a scratch on the table. I would like the table collected and my money refunded. I will not purchase from Makro again because they cannot deliver items correctly.
