Do not Order Alcohol from Makro Online

I ordered three bottles of Jameson from Makro online, when I received my order delivered by Courier Guy the box was open and one of the bottles were missing.

Now I have been trying to resolve this with Makro via their Whatsapp chat channel, with no success. So frustrating because everytime the bot connects me with new person and I have to explain the whole story again just to get told that we haven't heard from you in a while and gets disconnected.
