Do not open a Makro Credit Card

I got a Makro Credit card thinking it would make shopping at Makro easier and that I would be able to take advantage of the cashback offers. Opening this account was a terrile idea. Making a purchase is an absolute nightmare. I was better off buying with my bank's credit card. I had to sit on the phone for 45 min for the supposed "***** department" to "authorize" my purchase. This happeened twice. I don't know how it makes sense to Makro and RCS that it should take an hour to make a purchase at a store or online.

If Makro values their reputation I suggest you partner with a different company for your credit facility.

I'm just gonna pay back the money and close this Makro(RCS) credit card.
