Do not make use of Makro South Africa Online - You will not receive your order!
I placed an online order on 27 November 2024, with a promised delivery date of 2 December 2024. As of 12 December 2024, the items have still not been delivered. Since 3 December 2024, I have called daily, sent WhatsApp messages, several phone calls to Value Express, Wonderboom branch as well as the National Contact Centre, and written emails, all without any response or an estimated delivery date. This company is highly *************. Avoid using their services to save yourself the frustration and hassle!

It doesn't help you give the call centre number nor the whatsapp number because you believe me they will say, "we have escalated the matter and we will phone you back", Makro never phone back or deliver the items even if 47 days have passed!
You just write a copy and paste reply on HalloPeter with ZERO intent to resolve this ongoing matter!
