Do not make use of Makro online, this will waste your time and energy

People make use of online order because it is quick, easy and efficient. My experience with Makro has been the opposite.

Time line: Ordered dishwasher: 4 December 2017 Phoned online department (Did not get hold of them) : 9 December 2017 Drove to Makro Cape Gate to follow up on order 11 December 2017 (Promised delivery will be confirmed telephonically before end of business day) No response from Makro, therefore contacted Cape gate again : 12 December 2017 (Promised delivery by Friday and given poor excuse that product is being taken of the shelf and packaged - surely dishwashers are packaged in boxes, ready to be delivered???

An online service should not operate like this. It would have been easier to purchase the item in the shop.
