Do not keep to agreement

I bought a Defy Washing machine and arranged for delivery and installation with a private company. The product was found to be defective. I tried to phone Makro Germiston but I was put on hold and cut off three times. I then drove to Makro Germiston and discussed my problem with a Sales Person at the appliances department called Jerome. Jerome then, after making me wait for about 20 minutes, informed me that the appliance will be replaced the following day. I again arranged for the technician to be on standby the following day for installation. The delivery never took place. I phoned the manager of that department Aaron who told me that the arrangement was never made and that Jerome did not do his work as required. He then promised delivery the following day. I am still waiting.
