Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy on Makro online!!!

What a nightmare!! I placed my order on Makro on 15/11/2021, the date today is 15/12/2021 and I still don't have my order. First and only delivery attempt they made, their courier guy only read my suburb name of my address- ignored the postal address and Town name- and went the wrong Province!! I had to explain to him on a call suburb names are not unique, you have to look at the whole address given! For goodness sake, I was the one directing him to look at postal address given in future!!! Makro customer care is a mickey mouse outfit! I want to cancel my order but no one answers emails and I just waste my airtime bein placed on hold because it seems they always have high call volumes.
