DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM

I ordered a couch on Makro on the 26th April, almost two weeks ago. According to the order confirmation, I would receive my item on the 2nd May - it never arrived. My order status stayed on processing for the entire time, and only on the 3rd May the status changed to packed - a day after it was supposed to be delivered already. I called Makro, emailed them multiple times, each time I spoke to an agent they told me they would follow up with their marketting team to find out where my item was, they never got back to me as they promised. Then yesterday, I get an email stating my orders been cancelled due to supplier issues. So the entire time I called throughout last week and the week before nobody could tell me this, and instead wasted my time. If there is issues with the supplier, they should take the item off their website, not make me wait and call countless times, only for me to get an email with a cancellation notice. I raised this to their escalations team via a previous Hello Peter review, yet not even that guy that called me to say he's taking over my complaint, cared to actually call me and explain why they had to cancel. Now im told I will get a refund in 10 working days. Makro literally is taking an entire month after I placed an order to pay me back. Honest;y horrific service, will NEVER purchase online again.
