DO NOT BUY via MAKRO ONLINE

Utterly non existent customer service.....I recently purchased an item via Makro Online - the most frustrating experience ever. After 18 follow-up phone calls and promise of escalations from the MAKRO online team, I have yet to receive a call back or any meaningful feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE - unless you are looking for a reason to frustrate yourself...rather stick to seasoned online suppliers like Takealot that deliver promptly and efficiently.
