Do not buy online from Makro

DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE I wish I had read these reviews before I bought online from Makro. I ordered an urgent item and could not understand why it was taking so long to be packed , the website and all correspondence said 2-5 days. Only when I wrote directly to them did they indicate that the item was not in stock. I would just have been waiting forever and no communication from them. They asked me if I would like to replace the UK adaptor with an american one. well no they are completely different!!! flying out in three days. No plug - what a joke. Do not ever buy online from them.
