Do not buy online - False advertising - suppliers have no stock

I purchased two items online because the price was good and the delivery time was listed as 2–3 days. However, on the day of delivery, no one contacted me, and I had to call the call centre myself. After waiting for an update, I was told that the driver went to the supplier, but the store was closed. On the second attempt, they said the parcel wasn’t available.

In the end, the order was simply refunded because the supplier never provided any feedback.

If you come across products sold by SA TRADE or SMART D, stay away — they are not reliable. I honestly don’t understand how Makro continues to use suppliers that fail to deliver and damage their reputation. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with daily follow-ups and getting absolutely no resolution.
