Do not buy online

Not the best expierance with their online buying function. Bought a gift set and had to contact them to find out where is my purchase only for them to tell me that it sold out in the shop and i know have to take the normal product (not a gift set) for the same price. I requested a refund that took a while to be processed as well. The shop itself is wonderful, but their online shopping platform and service is useless.
