DO NOT BUY ONLINE
I purchased a fireplace online Makro but the order was delivered incomplete, the rotating ***l was not delivered and it was supposed to be included. I placed a call on the same day as the delivery to notify Makro of the missing part and call them every day for 6 days with the same feedback. Theu have notified the relevant department but no answer to when they will deliver the missing part.

27 Jul 2024, 11:02Hi, I was told the missing part will be delivered by Friday 26 July, it is now Saturday 27 July and I still don't have the rotating ***l so now its leaking through because of the missing part.
