DO NOT BUY ON MAKRO ONLINE!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ON MAKRO ONLINE!! i ordered an item from makro and the item was received and i had to return it(i did not even open the box)!!! i logged a return the same day i received it. i have been fighting for them to collect the item and give me my refund for TWO WEEKS!!! THEIR CALL CENTER IS ABSOLUTLY USELESS! i spoke with a Boipelo who handled my case and she has done nothing to insure that my issue is resolved! i have been calling with my airtime for 5 consecutive days where they will put me on hold for 8min at a time and my query has STILL NOT BEEN SOLVED. MAKRO I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!! IT IS MY CONSUMER RIGHT!!!!
