Do not buy Makro online

I bought a vacuum robot online from Makro.

It's worked for 2 days. Then it stopped working. Worst of all, you cannot return it when you buy it online. They fetched it, and 3 weeks later, after I enquired about it, they return it in a dirty box and exactly the same problems occured.

Makro will not refund me or even give me credit so that I can buy a better product. This has been 3 months of going back and forth since I ordered this useless product.

Do not buy this vacuum and most of all, do not buy online from Makro. They wash their hands off you and think sending emails between you and the supplier is servixd. I am disgusted. I gave Makro and Nannyvac thousands of rands for nothing!!!!
