DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO, THEY ARE ****S AND *******

The absolute worst retailer in SA, they're ****s and ****mers. Placed an order on 19 Dec, received it on the 23rd, and it was an incorrect item, I logged a return, only to hear from Lesedi Moiloa on 30 Dec, apologizing for the delay, promising to get back to me....today is the 7th of Jan, ****ol further updates. Now it shows that my return period has expired, and that I can't return the item, I get sent from pillar to post, same **** ie please hold while we direct you, then nothing happens. And when I try and get updates with the order number, it says its non existent. Makro = *******! Yes, I said it, they are. They lie and ***** from us, they will not get a cent from me in future. Taking them to the ombudsman and the Consumer protection office, my lawyer is on standby too - MAK*** So many furious customers being ****med by Makro, just check their Facebook page- and they BLATANTLY IGNORE ALL THE CUSTOMER’S THEY STOLE FROM
