I Wish I can give you a Zero star Rating... NEVER AGAIN Do not bay from Makro online store.
I have order a battery charger, on the add it was one make and when i received my parcel its a cheaper make. This is unacceptable, the battery charger they claimed is worth R890.00 the product that i received no more than R270 on Takealot.
On the add it was a intelligent charger with jumper pack.
I have sent them email after email, still no word from Makro online. Do not use Makro online, this is not the first product that we have purchased from them that I incorrect.
I don’t want my money back as it took days for them to deliver my product, I want what I paid for. But I will never get that as I am past my 7days already
The product details was supposed to be Lilhe 12v intelligent pulse repair charger ft Battery Jumper Kit Copper for CAR instead i got a RJ Tianya 12v Intelligent pulse repair charger.
I said it before and I will say it again... Never again will I order from Makro online store again, bunch of *****sters.
I have proof on my phone of the parcel you collected but you can't send anything on writing, how do I know if it was even you that send the courier guy? No communication what so ever.
