DO NOT BUY from MAKRO ONLINE STORE

Do not ever buy anything from Makro online store.

I place an order for DEFY 600 mm Premium Chimney Cookerhood Stainless steel. On 16th Aug 2018. At the time of order expected time of delivery was 21 days. I am still waiting for this item as on 3rd Oct 2018. Online support staff and Woodmead staff are useless. They only know to cut and paste reply ‘Apologies for any inconvenience’ they can’t even read and answer simple question. If you send them mail I get read receipt after 48 hours so you can image when they actually reply with half the information and standard lines… if you call them they said they don’t have stock and waiting for stock. When they will receive it no one knows. When ask can they escalate this internally to expedite the process they also don’t know who to contact. If you do a follow-up and ask them to check the notes on my order they say there is no notes but they will put note now. When they check system for order details they always come back with the answer is that I still need to wait for three more days as there system is showing it just 18 days as of today from order date.
