DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE

This is the 2nd time I'm having a horrible experience with Makro online shopping. I bought a fire pit online on 1 Sept 2024 and delivery was supposed to be on 3 Sept. Today it's 6 Sept and they haven't delivered and haven't contacted me at all. I called the call center this morning and they told me that the store that the delivery will come from is Woodmead. They promised to call the store and get someone to contact me. Dololo. This afternoon I called Woodmead store directly. The lady took my order number and put me on hold for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes she came back and said "I am busy with customers" and dropped the call before I could respond. I am gobsmacked!!!! What the actual hell.
