DO NOT buy from Makro online

We placed 5 different online orders with Makro over a 6 week period. We have 3 unresolved issues still today. I honestly do not think Makro are set up to do online trade

They do not respond to emails. You only get an automated response. You cannot get through on their toll free. took me 3 weeks to eventually get through. They deduct your money first and keep it. They don't tell you if they don't have stock until you get hold of them. They don't always refund your money for an out of stock. You have to get hold of them first. If a product comes with anything missing you have wait (still waiting) that they send the rest of it. No pick up and replace.

DO NOT buy online from Makro. There are other companies that specialize in it and are more accountable

That is nothing more than an automated response. You've just changed the name on top. I was on the phone for 1 hour 20 min yesterday to your call centre and still nothing is resolved. I went out and bought a fridge from your competitor before you had even refunded me for the fridge you never delivered as we couldn't wait anymore. It was delivered the next day. I will never shop at Makro again and I will tell everybody I know to definitely not use your online shopping.
