Do not Buy from Makro online ( Disaster)

I Bought a heater from Makro online. on the 25th of May it arrived on the 31st of May. The heater arrived brand new from Alva. But didnt have the nob to turn or switch it on. We took it back to Makro as we didnt want to wait. We were turned away daying that Makro on line and Makro retailers are two totally different business and we have to do it online. We then logged a call on the 1st of July for collection. After about a week no one arrived to collect it after numerous calls we finally got them to send someone to collect it. That was the 7th June. Up till today the 12th of July we havnt heard anything back. We have phoned maybe 8 times. Each operator tells us oooo they cant believe it. They will escalate it. Today after being told for the 5th or 6th time that they going to escalate it. I asked to speak to a manger. After 32 minutes of holding on i eventually had to put the phone down
