Do not buy from Makro online!

Placed an order on the 8th September 2023, with delivery expected to be completed by Friday the 15th September 2023. Got no updates from Makro or their supplier until I decided to call on Friday. Still haven't received the order today and my attempts to get clarification from Makro have amounted to nothing. Twice today, theior agents made me wait on the line for 40 minutes and just over 20 minutes, only for them to hang up me.
