Do not buy from Makro online
I bought from Makro online store on 06/11/22 and as per the communication received it was given to Dawn wing / DPD laser couriers on 07/11 in Bloemfontein. It is now 10 days later and I still have not received my products and not Makro or the courriers can tell me where it is. Everyone is giving me the run around - all I want is to get what I paid for.

25 Nov 2022, 10:11I have still not received my order and Makro is doing absolutely NOTHING to assist me in this regard - I am making almost daily calls to the call center and there is NO feedback.
All I am being told is that MPHO from Makro is dealing with this and will call me - but this is person is not assisting me in any way, shape or form !!!
This is a matter between Makro and the DPD Laser - Please sort this out in your own time and send me the goods I paid for.
