DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!

I bought a device from Makro online, but due to the false adverti*****t, I sent it back. I was told by makro@care that I would be refunded on the 30th of August but Marko doesn't have my bank details. I am trying to contact them until I'm blue in my face, Thabo from this department is a useless customer service agent! Marko took the device back and didn't give my money back. If I do not get a response from someone I will open a ******** case as this is theft!
