DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!

I purchased a Laptop from Makro Online on the 20th of February 2025. It was delivered to me on the 28th of February 2025. On the same day I tested the laptop and there were several issues. There were no speakers in the machine, it would not pick up headphones, it was very slow for 16Gig RAM and the updates were not installing. I logged the return on that day. The laptop was only picked up on the 12th of March 2025, after many emails and phone calls. Today is the 20th of March 2025, and I have not yet received a refund. I have not had any luck with the staff at the online call center. No body gets back to you. You have to keep calling and calling and still not resolution. I need a computer for my daughter for university. If I could have given a zero star rating I would have.
