DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE

After ordering online from Makro, my order was split up into 4 seperate deliveries all with different delivery times and dates. Due to this I asked for the address to be changed for the deliveries, after calling the help centre and being told it was sorted over email, my parcels have still been delivered to the first address, and no matter how many times I call or email they refuse to update or use my new address even though they claim they have given the couriers said information. My order was a large one worth over R20 000 and due to makro's online website not being informative, I am unsure of which of my deliveries have made it and if each delivery contains what it's supposed to or if I'm even going to receive all my items. Their email support is no help and just repeats the same question no matter how many times you answer it. I just hope they actually deliver all my products as I can only imagine what a return/ items missing products process would be like.
