Do not buy from Makro online!!!

Last year I bought Samsung earphones from Makro online. The right earphone stopped working after 2 months. We sent the earphones to Samsung and they informed us that it cannot be fixed and that we should get a refund from Makro. I have been trying for more than 2 months to get an answer from them and every day the only answer I get is that my complaint has been referred and they will get back to me. How difficult can it be to give me refund after I supp**** them with a mail from Samsung stating that the earphones cannot be fixed.
