Do not buy from Makro Online

It is the second time that I bought products online from Makro where it shows that there is stock and after waiting and waiting for delivery they tell you that there is no stock. Makro would then advice you that you have to cancel the order ( I wonder if the shareholders are aware that their staff are very quick to tell customers to cancel orders) and wait 7 working days for your money. I would like to know to how many customers does this happen too and what happens with the interest Makro earns with other peoples money and should they also not be held accountable for the bank charges.
