DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!

I have placed an order with Makro on the 29 of January and I received my delivery on the 4th of February, they delivered a used microwave that has scratches and below standard. on the same day I logged a return request online, I have been chasing them to come and collect the item since the 4th of February, till today we do not have a microwave. I want my money back and please DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!
