DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO!!! No after sales service!!!

I purchased a computer via Makro online on the 21st of February 2025. The computer was delivered on the 28th of February 2025. On that day I tested the machine and components were missing. I requested a return on the same day. They fetched the machine on the 12th of March 2025. Up until that point and after the collection I made numerous calls to them to sort the matter out as I need a computer for my daughter who has just started university. The refund was eventually approved on the 24th of March 2025, however today is the 3rd of April 2025 and I still have not received the money.

This whole experience has left me very frustrated and stressed. I do not have the money purchase another computer, I need the refund to do this. I have let them know this over and over again.
