DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO
This has been the worst shopping experience of my life, I will never buy anything from Makro, I have been fighting for a my refund for over a month and i keep getting the same story everyday. What you are doing is ******** and I will go to the small Clams court. I am sick and tired of your silly excuses and rehe****d responses, REFUND MY MONEY!

31 Jul 2025, 11:09One of your agents called me today to tell me the same story I have been getting told the whole month, she was even asking me for information that I have already sent…it’s either you want to refund my money or not, why was it easy for them to refund my R60 but so difficult to refund this one? Do i sound like a fool? Your website clearly states that refunds will be processed between 7-14 days, you are in breach of that and I am sick your lies. I am tired of your apologies and rehe****d replies, the only communication I am interested in is the one to inform me that my refund has been processed, not to tell me that the finance department is handling it, I am exhausted.
