DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO!!!!!!

If I could give a minus rating I would. I placed a order online 3 weeks ago. A day after I placed my order I was advised my order was delivered, however nothing was delivered to me. The courier company obviously delivered to the incorrect address. I phoned Makro every single day for 3 weeks. It took 3 weeks to get to a manager that can look into what happened. Their solution is to send the courier company back to the address where they delivered to and pick up the order. Only then can they deliver my order to me or refund me. This is ridiculous client service. Whey are making their problem mine. They also cannot tell me when they will get the courier company to go back to where they delivered. So now I just need to wait. This is insane. I will not recommend Makro to anyone. Do not order from them online. You will never receive your order. You can just as well flush your money down the toilet.
