DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO

I ordered a fridge that was not as advertised from makro and after calling multiple times I was told different stories to return it and that I should go head and order a new fridge only to be told they don’t have stock even though the website indicated there was. The last call I spoke to sinazo who said he didn’t know anything in effect and that there’s nothing he can do because he was the only one in the call centre. This is pathetic and you would be better off ordering from game or takealot likely as Makro is still yet to collect their fridge and deliver a new one.
