Do not buy electronic equipment from Makro
Bought a printer for R4000 in Feb. It stopped working 3 months later with a paper jam but no paper was jammed. Now they want me to pay R2000 for repairs on items never broken and it's still under warranty. This store specializes in poor quality. I have returned numerous items for missing parts and not in working order. This time they expect me to pay for their shoddy quality and a *****ulent agent for repairs

17 Nov 2025, 16:46The inconvenience is the lie. The scanner was working and they claim a replacement. There is an error that needs clearing but Makro allows the customer to be ******. R2000 repairs when its new and cost R4000 a few months ago. This is absolute disregard of customers. I will not buy another item.
