DO NOT BUY AT MAKRO EVEN IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY DOUBLE ELSEWHERE

I have been trying to return or replace my Candy washing machine I bought at MAKRO. It has now been almost a month I keep getting sent back and forth from Makro to the repair center. It should be a simple collection and delivery as the machine is still under guarantee and hardly 3 months old. When contacting the MAKRO the most *********** help is offered telling me information I already know after long periods of hold The call is then dropped . No one seems to know what is happening or what the procedure is. I would not recommend buying anything from MAKRO. EVEN IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO
