Do not buy anything of value online from Makro!

I ordered a filing cabinet online which arrived in a terrible state and had clearly been used for storage inside the store.

I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to have it returned and refunded.

I have been told various ******* stories by the customer call center and have now been advised that they are waiting for the Woodmead store to respond to my return request. So nothing has been done in nearly 3 weeks when the return policy is 5 working days.

Do not buy anything of value online!
