Do not buy any foods from makro online

I bought 2x6L packs of makro brand milk online only for them to ship milk that was spoilt and very close to expirery date , I emailed them and all I got was an automated response with no solution, I am so disappointed. Even their packing of goods is so poor. This I’m very sure is deliberate to get rid of all foods about to expire and already spoilt to that far away customer who orders online

Replying here on hello Peter pretending to attend to issues makes things even worse. Makro has not contacted me or resolved my issue. I’m going to close accounts with them and leave them for good.

You know very well the branch never assisted me to date. I have even closed and paid off my account just so I do not have to find myself dealing with Makro agaib
