DO NOT BUT DEFY APPLIANCES...Makro Woodmead post sales services 👎

We bought a defy 13kg washing machine in August 2022, the machine has been giving us problems since until March 2023 when we decided to report it. A technician was sent to fix the message but he only advised to pour bleach into the washing machine and let it wash. It's 4 months later since our query and we have been sent from pillar to post, it's been a month since we have been communicating with Paul who has said that the person that is supposed to help us from defy has been on leave everytime we follow up.

We have informed that we no longer want the washing machine but both parties are insisting on sending technicians, mind you 2 technicians were sent and they both failed with performing the task.
