DO NOT ASSOCIATE CONVINIENCE WITH MAKRO............

I dont know why i keep using Makro, ONE WOULD THINK THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ONLINE SHOPPING IS CONVENIENCE. I made a purchace on 26 June 2023. Today is the 6th of July no delivery. Since i was given courier details, I call in to find out what is the problem. Only to be told that they do not deliver in my area. How is this my problem? Why would you, Makro, use a company that will not deliver in my area deliver in my area? I was then told that that they dont have the details of this company that they have handed my parcel to for delivery. So now i must buy groceries again because a company you use does not delivery
