Disturbing Service
We visited this store in order to purchase the DSTV explorer decoder as advertised in the Makro catalogue, as you enter this store there is a DSTV stall where we enquired about the DSTV explorer, we were informed by the ladies that we need to go the electronics side and find get it from there. We approached the electronics side and these guys siting around doing nothing advised they did not know what we were talking about and we should go back to the DSTV stall to find out, go back there and the lady says we must go back to the electronic side she will accompany us, we go back there and these guys do not even know what she is talking about. Seriously Makro??? you actually pay these people??? when they do not know what products you sell????Pathetic service!!!! we will never shop at Makro again. P.S we got our explorer among other items at Game with much better service and eager sales people that actually get off their asses! Catch a wake up or you will loose many more customers!!!!DSTV should also be aware of this pathetic service from Makro.
