Distasteful customer service

I ordered a nail drying lamp from Makro on 11th of November 2025 and the delivery was to be made on the 18th of November 2025. But the order was never delivered. After calling and sending an email, I have still not recieved any follow up from them. What an awful customer service. Highly disappointed and I'll never order from them again.
