Dissatisfied with Makro

I bought a Samsung microwave on the 25th of November 2023. In April just went off didn't switch on. We sent it back they said they will take it to supplier to look at it. They phoned and said it has ****roach so it's out of warranty I must come and fetch it or pay for it if I want it to be fixed. I bought a microwave 10yrs ago placed on the same space wherethis new one was never had a ****roach problem. So disappointed I will never buy any thing from Makro again.
