Dissatisfied Customer

I placed an order online on the 03 December 2024 and I have not received part 3/4 of my order, today its the 06th of January 2025. I have called numerous times and sent emails but no one was able to assist me. I even went to Makro Crown Mines as its closer to were I stay but they was on solution. How can a person place an order expecting that it will arrive on time as Makro policy is 2 to 5 working days for delivery and now it a month.
