Dissatisfied consumer

Good day. I have a Makro acc,which I've always maintained in a good manner. Or so I thought. Until I went 4 a scoring 4 a Homeloan. Came up as a risk payee with a score of5(putrit). Showed that I've been a late payee 4 my Makro acc, which was paid via Stoporder I created @the bank. I used my internet banking to amend the date 4RM the 1st of every month, 2 the 26th. Keeping in mind that July should have been my last paymnt. However, the 01/06/15 payment went off 4 May. I then made ANOTHER paymnt on the 26/06/15(to my knwldge the acc shud have only had a balance of R200&amp
