Dissatisfied

You deserve a negative 1star rating. I’m dissatisfied with your service. My order was scheduled to be delivered on Monday 2 December 2024 but I’m still waiting. Your consultant even hung up on me . No updates or anything whatsoever. This is pure nonsense and I’m tired of the back and forth I have had with your consultants. I have never complained about about any retailer but this time I’m gatvol with your poor service. I was supposed to go home today and you are not even giving me a new set date. I’m disheartened and angry let me not even talk about this emotional distress. Totally unreliable and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything online from you
