Dissatisfied and disgruntled customer

I bought a DEFY fridge online, made a payment and requested for the fridge to be kept at the store and delivered 01 November 2018. A few days later i found out that the fridge has been given to the courier company to be delivered to me. So I called Makro stores in The Vaal to enquire about the fridge, they then told me that the fridge is not at the store, for what reason i dont know because i had sent an email to Lesego Shai specifying my request. I then decided to cancel the order for personal reasons, i was told it is cancelled however i cannot get a refund if the courier company has'nt brought back the fridge to the store, first of all how is it my problem that the compay has the fridge, who gave the courier company the fridge? i then had to call every day to find out if the fridge is back on or not, i was then told by Selloane Raborifi and Harrison who deal with online purchases at the store that the as soon as the fridge is back i will get mt refund in 2-7 days. A few days later again i called to ask the same question if the fridge is back, so they kept on telling me that they are also waiting for a response from the courier company, they promised to call me back with an answer but nobody came back to me, the next day i called again but they were both not at work and i spoke to the gentleman by the name of Senzangakhona, he also enquired with the courier and it took 4 days for the fridge to be delivered back, he then on the 17th of August sent me proof that he has requested for my refund and promised that i get my money back in 7 days, I'm not sure whether 7 working day or just days. I called him yesterday to notify him that i have not received my money after the 7 days that he mentioned, as always he did not get back to me. I then contacted Head Office and i was told that the status is not changed which means i must still wait for another 5 days if all goes well. How is this fair? The service there is honestly not good. I will never buy anything from that store ever again. and would never recommend anyone to buy from there. As i wait for money i don't know when i will receive it.
