Dissatisfied

I'm so disappointed with makro germiston branch, I placed an order online on the 30 of July till today I haven't receive my order as I ended up canceling the order as I see they struggle to deliver, I sent email to the support team, I called several times and they promised to help me cancel the order but to no avail, I tried watsup but nothing seems to work for me, it's been a month since I tried to get my money back. The sad part is that no follow-up about did you get your order or refund they just quiet.
