Dissatisfied

Makro is not keeping their promises, according to their online shopping it says it takes only 2-5 days to receive orders but it's been more than two weeks waiting for my order.

They do not pick up their phone, I called couple of times holding for more than 10 mins. I have sent an email but still no response.

What kind of service is this?
